I have been a driving force in the commercial construction industry since 2014, quickly establishing myself as a skilled leader and innovator. With deep expertise in overseeing large-scale commercial projects, I have developed a specialization in fiber cement and metal siding installations. 

My experience spans all phases of construction management, including project estimation, budgeting, on-site coordination, and vendor relations.

As the Founder and CEO of Dawson Construction Contracting (DCC), I bring my extensive knowledge to lead operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. 

My background in administration and client management has been pivotal in creating efficient workflows and building strong client relationships, laying the foundation for DCC’s growth and success.

My adaptability, leadership, and commitment to innovation drive me to continuously push DCC’s mission forward. I’m passionate about mentoring and inspiring others in the industry while delivering exceptional results for our clients.

 After graduating from John Carroll University in 2002, I co-founded a small general contracting company with a few close friends. What began as a modest operation quickly grew into a successful business with multiple crews and award-winning craftsmanship.

I’ve prioritized education and training throughout my career, earning certifications such as OSHA 30, lead abatement, and Henkel’s Silver Star program for windows and caulking. 

I’m also certified in air lifts and lulls across multiple states, recognized as a Building Solutions Specialist through Certainteed, and have undergone extensive training with Dupont (Tyvek systems). I’ve both taken and taught seminars on James Hardie and Nichiha products, with my work even being sponsored by Hardie and Nichiha at the Greater Cleveland Remodeling Show.

As a member of Dawson Construction Contracting (DCC), I lead estimating and project management efforts, ensuring accurate planning and seamless execution. With years of experience and strong industry relationships, I am proud to contribute to DCC’s growth by leveraging expertise and modern technology to consistently exceed expectations.
